Musée de Charlevoix belongs to all the people of Charlevoix. The new museum is integrated into the landscape between the estuary and the mountains—a contemporary, open, welcoming space in harmony with its environment. It’s a museum that’s both approachable and intriguing, with cultural programing and exhibitions that bring people together to share in the common culture and history they recognize as their own. The Digital Museum and Museum on the Road programs round out the Museum offerings and provide people unable to visit the Museum in person with an opportunity to explore Charlevoix’s rich cultural and social history.
